1st Step: Login
Scan the QR code to visit our membership website. Click on the log in button, key in your phone number, and receive a membership notification on your phone.
On your phone, click on the link sent via SMS, which leads you to your membership page.
2nd Step: Redeem with staff
a. Using your membership discount - Let our staff scan your membership QR code, and you will receive your discount based on your membership level.
b. Using e-vouchers - On your membership page, click on the ‘vouchers’ button, choose the voucher you would like to use, and let the staff scan the voucher QR code.
c. Using your points - Please notify the staff that you would like to pay with your accrued points. You can choose to pay partially with points and partially with cash or EFTPOS.
d. Merchandise: Please send email to info@australiapanda.com to contact customer support. Please include (registered name, registered mobile number, merchandise you would like to redeem, preferred pick up location). Our team will get back to you once the available pick up date is confirmed.
1.Paying with points - Present your membership card to the staff, and let them know you would like to pay with your points accrued. 100 points = $1.
2.Redeeming food menu items - When you pay for your bill, please notify the staff that you would like to redeem items on your bill with points.
3.Redeeming products - Please contact customer service to notify them. You can choose to pick up your item or get it delivered.
